Dove Wants to Know, Is your Skin Ready for Winter? Plus Giveaway!

Did you know that November is National Skin Month? As we transition to the colder month, it’s important to start thinking how the colder weather will affect your skin. The lightweight lotions you used in the summer and spring won’t cut it against winter’s dry air and cold win.  This is why many are switching over to Dove Beauty Bars and Body washes as Dove is the #1 Dermatologist recommended brand!

Dove’s Beauty Bars and Body Washes feature a range of product types that are great for all skin types. If you suffer from Dry Skin, the Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash and White Beauty Bar would be the perfect fit as they help to minimize pores and smooth flaky, dry, or, red patches. For Oily Skin Dove recommends their Exfoliating Body Wash and Body Bar. There is even a line for Sensitive Skin! The Dove Beauty Bar contains Dove signature ¼ moisturizing cream combined with DEFI technology, a unique blend of mild cleansers and moisturizers, to effectively cleanse and nourish skin.

The upgraded Dove Body Wash formula features the brand’s mildest formula to date. The formula has broken the body wash paradigm, allowing women and men to enjoy the rich lather they love and the mildness their skin needs. Dove Body Washes take a dual approach to the healthy looking skin by repairing and maintaining its protective layer during cleansing, leading to smoother, softer skin after one shower.

Since the Dove Body Wash is so loved, you can find the Deep Moisture and Sensitive Skin in a 34oz pump! This large size is great as it will last you moist of the winter. My husband loves to use Dove, and I love the way his skin smells after a shower

My skin is usually dry in the winter especially my nose (it flakes) but Omaha winters are proving way worst for my skin! I have noticed that my skin gets to the point that I ‘have’ to use lotion. Also I feel like my lab is dry too and others have said they have add extra lotion too! Also my daughter’s skin is really bad too and I have to force her to put lotion on because she’s so dry and itchy!

My biggest winter skin concern is dryness. Most times it seems like no matter how many oils, butters, and moisturizing washes I use I just combat the dryness. My city’s climate has a lot to do with this as well.
