The one thing you can count on as a new mom is a lot of first and a lot of unsolicited advice. Though I’m not a mom yet I have several friends who have had kids and after having a sit down with them to discuss what to expect after pregnancy, I think I heard enough stories to feel like I’d gone through the whole birthing process myself. Amongst all the stories and advice one thing that they explained to me that was often left out is the embarrassing things that can happen to your body once you’ve had a baby. Actually, one in three women experience Light Bladder Leakage– little leaks that can be triggered by everyday occurrences like coughing, sneezing, laughing and exercise.
