This Calls for Carbs!- Gift Baskets Made Easy with ACME Markets

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of ACME Markets. The opinions and text are all mines. I think I’ve run out of fingers to count on for how many times I’ve been asked what I’d like for Christmas. The older I get, the less time I try to spend focusing on buying gifts that people will only be excited about for the moment. When it comes to family, I ask them what they need, instead of what they want. Think about it; most people will forgo purchasing something they need because other “needs” get in the…

Winning Isn’t Always Easy, But McDonald’s Helps you Get Pretty Close.

This post is sponsored ad content by McDonald’s but the opinions expressed here are my own [ad name=”In Content Responsive Ad”] Everyone wants to be a winner. At least that’s what I tell myself. So, this year I…

Queen of My Life

This post is sponsored by USA Network but the content and opinions expressed here are my own. One day I while in the kitchen doing a little bit of early spring cleaning a song came on iTunes radio station that I’d been jamming to. It was called “Unfinished” by the artist Mandisa. I’d never heard the song before, but the words spoke volume to me. Not scared to say it I used to be the one Preaching it to you That you could overcome I still believe it But it ain’t easy The older I get the more I realize…
