Werk It for the Lord featuring Elie Tahari

It’s not every day you’re able to slide into a dress that was once a bit too snug. Since joining Weight Watchers and switching Birth Control pills I’m down a total of nine pounds, and I feel absolutely fabulous. I’m in South Carolina visiting my parents and I brought this dress with me thinking it was a size 12,  I went to put it on this morning I screamed in horror when I saw the tag said a size 10. I’d left my shapewear back home in Philadelphia (and yes I’m a firm believer in shapewear. Check out some of the best styles to wear here), and so I knew there was no way I was getting into this dress without looking like a busted can on Philsboury Biscuits. Since I had nothing else to wear I decided to try and make it work and fortunately for me it slid right on. I scored this amazing two piece ensemble from the Elie Tahari outlet where it was marked a cool 70% off the lowest price.  Brahim Handbags, Brahmin Saint Germain Duxbury Satchel Being Melody

This is the first time I was able to wear my Valentino Rockstud Pumps that I scored for almost 50% off (read more here), and I was a little concerned that they may be all look and no comfort. They surprisingly were pretty comfortable and allowed for a good six hours of wear before I started to feel some discomfort in the toe, but that’s nothing that can’t be solved with a gel insert.
