Weight Loss Journey Two Week Update

Okay so I’ve been doing this weight loss thing for about two weeks now and I promised updates along the way. First lets start with my routine. Monday-Thursday I’ve been hitting the gym or my living room for 5am workouts. Adjusting to Weight loss in my Thirties

My body definitely isn’t what it used to be. Realizing this and learning to accept it has been the hardest thing for me to grasp mentally. I’ve always been pretty confident but when I look back at pictures of me sharing my outfit of the day I can’t help but get depressed at how  much weight I’ve allowed just to pile up on my body.
