Weight Loss Journey Two Week Update

Okay so I’ve been doing this weight loss thing for about two weeks now and I promised updates along the way. First lets start with my routine. Monday-Thursday I’ve been hitting the gym or my living room for 5am workouts. All workouts consist of weight training and cardio and I’ve been doing a lot of Jeanette Jenkins DVD’s.  The first week was super hard on me and my body was crying out for me to stop.
