Sometimes I lay in bed and just contemplate life along with everything else that I need to do. Getting up and mustering some morning energy can be hard. It can be hard on those who aren’t passionate about their jobs, or those who feel they just never have enough energy to complete the day. MakeUp Wars: A Pretty Girls Guide to Accessorizing for the Gym.

Thousands have made the New Year’s Resolution that they will make an effort to live a healthier life. For some, it’s as simple as becoming a bit more active or saying no to that second helping. I’ve always been pretty confident but when I look back at pictures of me sharing my outfit of the day I can’t help but get depressed at how  much weight I’ve allowed just to pile up on my body. I held a part time job in the fast food for about 10 years and as much as I ate all the fatty fried foods I not once had a problem with weight gain. It…
