Weight Loss Journey Two Week Update

Okay so I’ve been doing this weight loss thing for about two weeks now and I promised updates along the way. First lets start with my routine. Monday-Thursday I’ve been hitting the gym or my living room for 5am workouts. All workouts consist of weight training and cardio and I’ve been doing a lot of Jeanette Jenkins DVD’s.  The first week was super hard on me and my body was crying out for me to stop. Adjusting to Weight loss in my Thirties

My body definitely isn’t what it used to be. Realizing this and learning to accept it has been the hardest thing for me to grasp mentally.
