Everyone wants to be a winner. At least that’s what I tell myself. To me, winning isn’t always about the crowd going wild or championship games, but it’s more about meeting the goals that you set forth in life.  As a multi-passionate person, I’m often asked how do I find time to get everything done with only 24 hours a day. The answer is simple. I’ve learned how to make the most out of my time thus allowing me to succeed at most things I’ve set my mind to.

The first time I saw the quote that referenced a non-celebrity like myself having the same hours in the day as Beyonce I scoffed it off. To think that I could compare how I used my time to the way Beyonce used her time was absolutely ridiculous. I mean I had to drive myself places, I had to cook for myself and well, everything else that needed to happen in my life was my responsibility also so how could I really compare my 24 hours to hers.

It wasn’t until after taking a business course that I realized how true that saying was. Despite the obvious differences between Bey and myself, I couldn’t deny the fact that we did indeed both have 24 hours in a day and how we choose to spend those hours makes all the difference between being successful or just being mediocre.

With this realization, I completely restructured my day and created a weekday routine that allows me to meet all my goals thus allowing me to win at life.

Wake Up: 4:45 AM

Bible Study and Meditation 5:00-5:30 AM

Work on Business To do List 5:30-7:00 AM

Get Read for Work 7:00 AM- 7:45 AM

Work 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

Lunch (1Hr): Grab some lunch while working on the business to do list

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM Gym

7:00 PM -9: 45 PM Family Time

9: 45 PM- 10:45 PM Business Stuff

10:45 PM -4:45 AM Sleep

You’re probably wondering when do I have time for anything else in life, but I make time for the things I enjoy. I allow myself to let my hair down on the weekends, read a good book, spend time out with the family, or even try to catch up on all the TV shows being discussed. I understand that by working hard now, I’ll be able to work less later.
