Fresh from the Garden: Zucchini Soup

This summer was the first time I tried my hand at growing my own Zucchini and Squash and I’ll admit it’s been one huge lesson after another. Next year, I think I’m going to stick with Zucchini as it’s proven to be a bit more prolific than the squash and we’ve been getting Zucchini that are absolute whoppers. Summer Drink Series Week 2: Birds of a Feather

Mr. Cosmetically Challenged and wont’ be taking a tropical vacation this year. Actually, this is the second year that we’ve decided to put grown up things ahead of laying on the beach. Last year we purchased a house and this year we’re trucking ahead to pay off my car four years early.
