One of the biggest misconceptions to weight loss is that you have to give up everything that actually taste good. Of course, you have to cut back on a few indulgences like fatty foods, sugary drinks, and of course the occasional 900 calorie cupcake, but who says you can’t enjoy getting healthy and even improving your skin while on a diet? Since I’m on a mission to take back my life and of course slide easily back into my jeans I’ve given up caffeine and sugary drinks and become a bit more creative in the way I go about getting those recommended 64oz of water a day. Thanks to Crystal light the transition has been painless, as I’m able to enjoy a variety of great tasting fruity drinks without the guilt.
Drinking water is essential to great skin and helping to regulate the systems and cleanse the body. For me water is super important as I’m working out four days a week and trying to flush out fat. Lucky for all of us Crystal Light comes in a variety of flavors so there is absolutely something for everyone. Since I’m what people call bougie or you know fancy, I like to get all intricate with my Crystal light drink mixes and freeze blackberries and mint into ice cubes. Then when I’m heading out I pop some of them into my water bottle so that the mint and black berries can infuse into my Crystal Light Lemonade that’s sweetened with the no calorie sweetener Truvia. If that’s not really your style you can always just mix them into you’re water bottle and head out the door. I love to keep the low calorie drops in my gym bag, they help me look forward to hydrating after an intense workout. They’re also great for keeping in your purse or at your desk so you’ll never have to worry about being bored with your water. Just a couple of drops and you’re good to go!
