Hey Hey Hey Everyone! Today I teamed up with several other fabulous bloggers to do something I haven’t done in a while. A Makeup Look!! Aww! It’s crazy that I blog about beauty but I never really get on here and share looks that I’ve created from palettes. Maybe that’ll change going into 2017 who knows.

So, today I’m featuring an eye look that I created from the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette. The Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basic Palette contains 12 neutral matte shades. At first look, I thought the shades in this palette were kinda meh, but once I started to play with them, I realized that they were everything my sensible adult self-needed.

To start this look, I primed my eyes using the Urban Decay Primer Potion and then blended the shade Faith from the crease to right underneath the brown bone. The reason I did this is that I have a skin disorder and I needed my both of my eyelids to be uniform before adding any other shades. Next, I added Extra Bitter to the crease and continued it into my water line to create the eyeshadow look.

Now that I’ve framed out the shape I patted the shade Nudie onto my eyelid to fill the space created by adding Extra Bitter to my crease. I love a good smokey eye, and this palette is great for doing one. To resist that urge I decided instead to take the shade Lethal and blend that into my outer v working it midway into my crease and onto the outer part of my lower lash line.

After all that blending I went back in and added Nudie onto my lid to refresh the shade. Lastly, I blended the shade Blow onto my brow bone

One thing I can say about this palette is that the shades blend like butter and make application very very easy. Even though I did my eyes before completing my face, I found that fallout. I really really loved my final look and will probably be repeating this over and over again.
